Description
The Oumei is the smaller of the two subspecies of Etaiai and is also the more peaceful. Their society is more social and based around helping the weak, in contrast to their Bagom cousins. Eteiai are amphibious, intelligent creatures nearly as smart as humans. While Bagom spend most of their time underwater in fairly deep water, the Oumei spend most of their time on land and in shallow water and they don't get along very well when they do come in contact with each other.
